Woman Pleads Guilty to Neglecting Mentally Challenged

TUNKHANNOCK, WYOMING COUNTY- Eyewitness News was first to tell you about two employees at ARC of Wyoming County who police say abused a patient.
Wednesday, Jill Hillard pleaded guilty to neglect of a care-dependent person.
Police say Hillard and Kimberly Holzien tainted a woman's food and drink with feces and urine.
The Tunkhannock women were charged in May .
Hillard faces up to five years in prison and a 10-thousand dollar fine. Read more atpahomepage.com.
