A very low voter turnout was reported after Election Day Tuesday in the Pittsburgh area.
According to WTAE Channel 4's news exchange partners at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, only about 23 percent of eligible voters turned out in Allegheny County.
Westmoreland County was estimated at about 18-20 percent voter turnout and in Butler County, voter turnout was estimated at 26 percent.
There was only about a 24 percent turnout in Beaver County and 18 percent estimated in Washington County.
Voters throughout Pennsylvania cast their ballots on Tuesday. The
, won by incumbent Luke Ravenstahl, was the biggest race at the local level.
