It looks like Saints starting center Jonathan Goodwin will be fine after limping off the field late in the fourth quarter of last night's 35-27 win over the Atlanta Falcons.
Head coach Sean Payton said Goodwin sustained a knee contusion, which suggests Goodwin won't miss much time, if any at all.
This backs up what a source close to the team told WDSU sports anchor Keli Fulton following the win.
Should Goodwin miss any time, offensive guard Jamar Nesbit could fill in for him. Nesbit came in for Goodwin on Monday night following his injury.
