CAMDEN, Tenn. - Benton County is hoping to turn over a new leaf when it comes to taking care of homeless pets.

Monday, an animal rescue group will break ground on a new shelter at a Camden industrial park.

The county has had big problems with its shelter in the past. A dozen dogs were found dead last year, and 25 others were so malnourished they had to be euthanized.
