A judge who shared a tentative ruling last month on whether to force five medical marijuana dispensaries in Dana Point to hand over records to the city as part of an investigation into the facilities' operations is expected to make a final decision this afternoon.
Asking attorneys to work on a protective order on the issue of the release of names of the members of all dispensaries, Judge Glenda Sanders on Oct. 22 allowed attorneys to read her tentative decision.
