Arrest Made In Two Carjackings
Investigators Believe One Suspect Is Responsible

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. - WYFF 4.com
Deputies in Pickens County said they arrested a man accused of carjacking two people in different counties.
Deputies said a carjacking was reported around 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Aunt Sue’s Restaurant on Highway 11.
Around 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Greenville County deputies said they saw the car and tried to pull it over but the suspect got out and ran.
Deputies said that started a search near Pumpkintown Highway and North River Road near Marietta.
Then Greenville County deputies said around 8:00 a.m. Sunday the suspect and a woman with him were taken into custody.
After the suspect was caught, deputies said they realized he was a suspect in a carjacking at Jones Gap State Park on Saturday.
The man has been charged in both carjackings, the woman is being questioned, and more charges could be filed.
