Levittown - A southwestern Pennsylvania hospital is the latest to go smoke-free.The ban on smoking in Uniontown Hospital, or on property it controls, went into affect Monday.Uniontown City Council earlier this year approved an ordinance for the hospital's grounds, which carries a $100 fine. Hospital and city police are empowered to enforce the ordinance.The ban includes all properties owned or leased by the hospital, including the Uniontown Medical Pavilion, diagnostic center and other locations.Uniontown is about 40 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.___Information from: Herald-Standard, http://www.heraldstandard.com/
