Trial Of Man Accused Of Killing Uncle To Begin In Laurel County

The trial of the man accused of killing his uncle is scheduled to begin Monday in Laurel County.

Investigators said in October 2008, Kenneth Begley, Jr. shot and killed Edward Eversole at Eversole's home in East Bernstadt. Police said Begley was angry after an argument, went to the house an shot Eversole.

The trial is set to begin at 9 a.m. in Laurel Circuit Court.
