Carthage's fire chief said he's never seen anything quite like it, in the 30 years he's worked with the Fire Department.
Jimmy Joe Hackett, the owner of the building, said it's likely recent heavy rains over the past week and on Friday night caused the rock slide.
Hackett's glad no one was inside at the time, and he hopes to get the place cleaned up soon. He hasn't estimated how much the cleanup will cost.
