Tuolumne Man's Death Ruled Homicide

TUOLUMNE COUNTY, Calif. - KCRA.com

Officials say a man who was found shot inside a Columbia-area home was the victim of homicide.

Michael Keith Bates, 57, was found unresponsive inside a home on Upper Quail Mine Road on Tuesday. Officials are interviewing his friends and family.

The Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office said a person of interest has been identified in the case, and officials are searching for that individual.
