HOUSTON - Investigators need help finding a girl and her father, who took her 14 years ago, KPRC Local 2 reported Friday.
The Harris County District Attorney's Office said Juan Antonio Lozano Jr. took his 18-month-old daughter, Bianca, from her mother in April 1995, against the terms of a court-ordered custody agreement.
Officials said they believe Lozano fled to Mexico, where he had family. Recent information indicated that he may have returned to Houston with Bianca, investigators said.
Bianca is 16 years old now. She has a light brown semi-oval birthmark on her right shoulder blade. She had pierced ears at the time of her disappearance. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children made an age progression photo of Bianca in 1995, when she would have been 12 years old.
Lozano, 42, is Hispanic and 6 feet 2 inches tall. At the time of his disappearance, he weighed 300 pounds, had a noticeable gap between his front bottom teeth and wore glasses.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Lozano and Bianca is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
