2 Men Charged In Home Invasion

Police Recover Stolen TV, Game Set

LIVONIA, Mich. - Two men were charged Thursday in connection with a home invasion in Livonia.

Anwaar Kenneth Andrews, 19, and Wilbur Laron King, 18, were both charged with one count each of second-degree home invasion, one count of larceny in a building and one count of attempted home invasion.

Both were given a $20,000 cash bond.

Andrews and King were arrested Tuesday at about 2 p.m. after Livonia police stopped their vehicle on I-96 and Telegraph Road.

Police found a television and game set that was reported stolen from a home in Redford on the 14000 block of Mercedes earlier in the day.

The men were turned over to the township police and booked.

Andrews and King will be back in court on Nov. 10 for a preliminary exam.
