Wayne County teen faces child porn charges

A 15-year-old from Wayne County is facing child porn charges after a joint investigation with State Police, the Lyons Police Department and the Wayne County DA's office.

Police say the teen had been posting known child pornography images on the internet. A search warrant led to the seizure of several computers and a Play Station 3 game system which contained child porn images.

He was charged with promoting a sexual performance of a child. The teen was released to his mother with an appearance ticket.
