PUCO To Hear Arguments In Light Bulb Controversy

The debate over FirstEnergy's plan to charge customers for energy-efficient light bulbs will head to Columbus on Wednesday.

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio will hear arguments about the plan, which was postponed earlier this month after numerous consumer complaints.

FirstEnergy originally planned to give two compact fluorescent bulbs to every customer and bill them $21 for them.
