Another Kentucky County Cancels Classes Due To Flu Outbreak

Breathitt County schools will be closed for the rest of the week after a rise in the number of students who were absent from school Monday due to flu-like symptoms.

School officials made the decision to close Monday afternoon. Breathitt is the lasted in a long list of Kentucky counties that have closed schools in recent weeks due to the H1N1 (swine flu) outbreak, which is currently widespread across the state.
