On Thursday, police said 18-year-old Bobby Cha and another juvenile were arrested Monday for attempted aggravated murder, attempted murder, arson, burglary and explosives charges.

Vang Cha, 21,a and Tou Sim Cha, 18, were charged in August with attempted aggravated murder and nine counts each of attempted murder and first-degree arson.

The victim claims, in January gang members sprayed his home on North Bank Street with bullets. They've also vandalized his car and threatened four of his son's in an effort to recruit them into a Hmong gang.

Dispatchers received a call that someone had thrown some sort of of Molotov cocktail-like device through the window of the house in the early morning hours of the April attack.

Items in the living room caught on fire, but were quickly doused by firefighters. Portland Fire Bureau officials said the father heard glass shatter and put out the flames with a garden hose.

No one was hurt. The seven children who lived in the home ranged in age from 10 to 20 and escaped out the back, along with their parents.
