NORMAN & STILLWATER, OK -- Trick or treaters in Norman and Stillwater will be getting a head start on the upcoming holiday weekend. Because OU has a home game on Halloween night, officials in Norman have decided to the move the ghoulish holiday to Friday instead of Saturday.
