NEW YORK - First Lady Michelle Obama will be a guest on “The Jay Leno Show” on Friday night.

Obama will check in via satellite from Washington for the “Ten @ Ten” segment, where she’ll answer a series of 10 questions from Leno, according to representatives from “The Jay Leno Show.”

This is Michelle Obama’s first appearance on Leno since his switch to prime time. As for the “Ten @ Ten” segment itself, she’s in good company, as several Washington boldface names have joined Leno for his line of rapid-fire questions. Barney Frank, Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius and MSNBC’s Chris Matthews have also appeared on the segment.
