Pangelinan to testify before HASC

GUAM - Senator Ben Pangelinan will testify in front of the House Armed Services Committee next week on the war reparations measure.  Speaker Judi Won Pat was expected to attend but will remain on the island to meet with U.S. Department of Education assistant secretary Peter Cunningham.
