Chamber elects David John as chairman

GUAM - The Guam Chamber of Commerce announced its new leaders for 2010 ASC Trust Corporation's David John was elected as the new chamber chairman, while former lieutenant governor and Moylan's Insurance Underwriters Kaleo Moylan was elected as vice-chair.
