MANILA, Philippines - Manila's airport fixed a malfunctioning radar and brought its operations back to normal Monday after delays or cancellation of more than a dozen domestic and international flights, officials said.

The radar's power supply failed Sunday and planes were barred from landing or taking off at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport for up to three hours. Two flights, one from Singapore and one from Hong Kong, were turned back.

Flight delays lasted through early Monday, but the radar was fully restored at 7:10 a.m. (2310 GMT Sunday, 7:10 p.m. Sunday), airport Deputy Manager for Operations Octavio Lina said in a telephone interview.

Aviation and transportation authorities were investigating the incident.
