The deal
Looking for a way to enjoy the outdoors this fall? Consider heading to Mammoth Mountain in California where brisker temperatures and colorful foliage await you. This ski resort town has a variety of accommodations and gives visitors easy access to hiking, fishing, golfing, and biking.

From Sept. 13 through Nov. 8, this vacation hot-spot has a limited-time offer where guests can stay three nights and only pay for two at the Mammoth Mountain Inn, Juniper Springs Lodge or The Village Lodge.

This deal also includes stays at Tamarack Lodge beginning Sept. 20. The savings are, as the name of the mountain implies, “mammoth” — you’ll save 33 percent each night. Rates start from as little as $66 per night. Amenities vary depending on each resort property, but include indoor spas, arcades, heated outdoor pools, and fitness facilities.
