Business-class Europe fares on sale
Fly OpenSkies this summer and save, from $565

Book by: July 31, 2009
Travel by: Through summer
The deal
Luxury airliner OpenSkies was born in a time when the industry was still mourning the losses of business carriers like Eos Airlines, L'Avion, Maxjet, and SilverJet — which all fell victim to difficult times. It appears that history will repeat itself, as parent company British Airways may be closing the door on OpenSkies as early as the fall due to its financial turmoil.
Although it just celebrated its first birthday, this summer may be the last chance to experience the spacious cabins of this last-known survivor of the transatlantic biz-flight.
There is a light at the end of this gloomy tunnel — the still-infant airline is launching sale on business-class fares from New York to Amsterdam starting from $565 each way, or to Paris from $628. Although travel is valid through summer, tickets must be booked by July 31.
The dollars
Additional taxes and fees may apply.
The catch
Fly soon. There is no guarantee that the airline will be around much longer.
