Miranda Tozier-Robbins, a woman who was arrested after allegedly trespassing on Britney Spears’ Calabasas, Calif., property in April, has been ordered to stay away from the pop star.

At a court hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Tozier-Robbins, a one-time “American Idol” hopeful, chose to represent herself as she faced two misdemeanor charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Judge Lawrence J. Mira ordered her to stay away from Spears, her home, workplace and the pop star’s family.

Another hearing in the case has been set for June 23 in Malibu.

In April, Tozier-Robbins was spotted by security on the grounds of the Spears’ home, looking into the house while dressed in camouflaged fatigues, according to the police report obtained by Access. She was carrying a backpack and video equipment.

Tozier-Robins was asked to leave the property by security personnel before having to be physically escorted off the grounds and detained by a police deputy. She was later booked on the two charges.
