Source: Katie Holmes to appear on ‘Dance’

LOS ANGELES - Katie Holmes hit the set of “So You Think You Can Dance” recently, sparking rumors the actress is set to show off her moves on the FOX reality show.

When asked about Katie’s recent visit by the paparazzi, “SYTYCD” executive producer and judge Nigel Lythgoe revealed he had a “meeting” with the actress, who previously showed off her toe-tapping self on ABC’s “Eli Stone” last year.

Lythgoe also told the paparazzi that “So You Think You Can Dance” has “something very, very, very special in the works.”

And now, a source told E! News that Holmes is indeed expected to appear on the show.

“As far as I know, that’s the plan,” the source said, though they declined to reveal which episode it is for.

Rumors are circulating that Holmes may appear on the show’s 100th episode, which will air in July.
