As if Lindsay Lohan didn’t have enough troubles between her flagging career and her very public private life, she’s now accused of helping herself to thousands of dollars worth of unintended freebies. Gossip site Holy Moly reports that a set of pricey jewels disappeared from a magazine photo shoot around the same time Lohan left.

“(Lindsay) kept going on about the jewels, asking if she could have them,” an insider revealed. “We all thought she was joking!”

Lohan’s representatives were contacted after the items went missing, but have allegedly ignored all requests for information or the return of the merchandise. According to Holy Moly, London police plan to question the actress about the incident.

This marks the third time Lohan’s made headlines for unofficial swag. In 2007, Page Six reported that Lohan made off with Louis Vuitton samples during an Elle magazine photo shoot. And just last year, she stood accused of nabbing a fellow party-goer’s fur.

Work makes Johnny Depp sick
Putting his all into every part comes at a price for Johnny Depp. The actor recently confessed that the process of coming out of character causes him to become physically ill.

“There is a period once you finish a guy — a character — when you’re looking to go back to yourself and sometimes it can manifest itself in illness,” Depp said in a quote posted to Contact Music. “After I made ‘The Libertine,’ I was in bed for two weeks. When you’re working, you don’t get sick, then suddenly it hits you like a two-by-four.”

Continuing his bizarre one-sided fashion feud against model and “Project Runway” host Heidi Klum, fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld has once again lashed out for no apparent reason. According to The Sun, this time Lagerfeld took a random low blow at Klum’s husband, singer Seal.

“I am no dermatologist but I wouldn’t want his skin,” Lagerfeld said of the singer, who suffered from a serious skin condition (discoid lupus erythematosus) as a child. “Mine looks better than his. He is covered in craters.”

In February, after fellow German fashion designer Wolfgang Joop stated Klum “grins so stupidly” and was “too heavy” for runway, Lagerfeld joined the bashing bandwagon by claiming that neither he nor anyone else in Paris even knows Klum.

Dish on the fly
What will it take to make Sienna Miller stop talking about her past relationship with Jude Law? Evidently, more than a request from him. “It’s dangerous to bring this up,” Miller told Vogue magazine. “I talked about him in an interview not long ago, saying that I still love him, and he was like, ‘Please stop talking about it.’” … Though Jennifer Love Hewitt isn’t a vegetarian, certain animal parts are off the menu for the “Ghost Whisperer” star. Seems the actress has a food phobia when it comes to any bit that reminds her that she’s eating an animal at all. “It’s just gross,” Hewitt said in a quote posted to StarPulse. “It’s really weird — I can eat chicken if I take if off the bone, but I can’t eat a chicken leg and have my teeth touch the bone. It freaks me out. It’s just the chicken skin. You go, ‘Oh gosh, I’m eating a chicken,’ and it’s really disturbing.”
