LONDON - Millions of people around the world have become fans of “Britain’s Got Talent” phenomenon Susan Boyle, but not Lily Allen.

“Susan Boyle is so overrated,” the pop singer wrote on her Twitter account over the weekend.

While she noted that Boyle can sing, Allen suggested on her Twitter account, that the Scot isn’t staying in the competition because of the beautiful voice that made her an international YouTube sensation.

“yes, she can sing, but it’s not about talent with her is it?” Allen Tweeted.

“she seems like a lovely lady but if its about talent, that Shaheen kid should win,” Allen continued in her grammar-free post, referring to Shaheen Jafargholi, 12, who sings on “Britain’s Got Talent” on Tuesday night for a place in the finals.

And while Allen conceded Boyle could sing, she isn’t convinced that Boyle’s voice is unique.

“listen, im allowed to have an opinion,” Allen wrote. “i thought her timing was off, no control, and i don’t think she has an amazing voice.”

But Allen might not be the only one who isn’t supporting the 48-year-old Scot.

According to UK newspaper The Sun, Boyle has disturbed several people in her London hotel by practicing for the reality show.

“She just sings all day and all night. It’s been keeping me up — it’s such a cacophony,” a hotel guest told the paper.
