CHICAGO - A Chicago man kidnapped and sexually assaulted two women and two teenage girls over a 12-hour span, playing Russian roulette with the oldest woman and letting his pit bull attack them, authorities said.

Jimmie Smith was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder and four counts each of aggravated criminal sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping.

Authorities said the victims were three sisters, ages 21, 22 and 14, and their 14-year-old friend. Smith is the boyfriend of the sisters' mother.
