Nashville, from $104 per room per night
The new, boutique-style 248-room Hutton Hotel is located in Nashville's West End, near Music Row and the Grand Ole Opry. We found rooms as low as $104 per room per night for the Memorial Day weekend.

Washington, D.C., from $111 per room per night
Celebrate Memorial Day in the nation's capital. The Beacon Hotel is located near Georgetown and the National Mall, with a Metro stop just three blocks away. The hotel also has a rooftop bar open Wednesdays through Saturdays with views of Dupont Circle. We found rates as low as $111 per room per night over Memorial Day weekend—if you're looking to spend only two nights, the hotel has a promotion that lets you book a second night for just $1.

Why it's a deal: According to a hotels.com search, rates at other hotels in this area can go as high as $200 a night.

San Francisco, from $134 per room per night
Hotel Monaco, a boutique hotel in the theater district, is offering a special promotion—book three or more consecutive nights and get 25 percent off. Blocks from Union Square, it's the perfect spot for a romantic getaway—think couple's massages, dinner at the hotel's French restaurant, and a night at the theater. And just like other Kimpton properties, the Hotel Monaco serves up a complimentary evening wine hour in the lobby.

When: Through August 2009.

Why it's a deal: Normal rates for the summer, when tourism's at its peak, hover around $250 per night. Book straight through the hotel, and they'll match any rate you find for their property on any other travel site for the same dates.

Getting there: We found round-trip flights on Kayak from New York City for $290 (US Air) and from Chicago for $430 (Alaska Air).

London, $138 per room per night
The recently opened Bermondsey Square Hotel overlooks one of the city's largest antiques markets on Fridays, and if you book a treatment in the hotel spa, they'll give you a free 15-minute massage.

When: Through August 31, 2009.

Why it's a deal: When fall comes and this special summer rate is gone, prices are upwards of $200 per night.

Getting there: A recent Kayak search shows round-trip flights from New York City to London starting at $488 (Air Berlin). From Chicago, Aer Lingus's flights start at $386.

Portland, Ore., from $129 per room per night
The Pic-a-Nic package at Hotel Fifty includes accommodations and a picnic basket filled with assorted cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, bread, and choice of beverage. Tom McCall Waterfront Park is nearby—you can toast summer's arrival in style. We found a $129 per room per night rate over Memorial Day.

Why it's a deal: The included picnic is at no extra charge.

Montreal, from $136 per room per night
Buy two nights and get the third free with the Hotel Omni Mont-Royal Spring Forward Package . The four-star hotel is located in downtown's Golden Square Mile.

Why it's a deal: Normally, the rack rate for a deluxe room (included in the package) is $162.

Getting there: We found round-trip flights on Kayak from New York City for $290 (United). Or, take an Amtrak train from New York City's Penn Station for only $124 round-trip.

Panama City, Fla., from $139 per room per night
At the Boardwalk Beach Resort , weekend activities include live music, movie showings at sunset on the beach, and a kids club. The hotel rooms are outfitted with a microwave and fridge, so you can save money on meals—plus the hotel has two pools. We found rates over Memorial Day for $139 per room per night.

Why it's a deal: You'll save 20 percent by staying three nights.

Jackson Hole, from $156 per room per night
The Old West Days package at the Snow King Resort includes accommodations, breakfast daily, and tickets to the Jackson Hole Rodeo on Saturday night. Old West Days is a citywide celebration with live music, a parade, stagecoach rides, and arts and crafts in the historic town square.

Why it's a deal: The included rodeo tickets are a $50 per person value.

Orlando, from $169 per room per night
With hotels.com's Summer Sale, save big at the four-star Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, where you'll be right down the street from Epcot, the boardwalk, and Hollywood Studios. For the kids, six-story-high dolphin statues swim on the rooftop, but this deluxe hotel's got high style for adults, too—the property was designed by famed New York architect Michael Graves, and there's a Mandara Spa on-site.

Why it's a deal: The price over Memorial Day weekend is 40 percent off the regular rate, which normally runs close to $275 per night.

Aruba, from $175 per room per night

The Summer Celebration Sale at the Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa includes a reduced rate, plus extra perks like a 50 percent discount for breakfast at Gilligan's Beach Bar and on a 50-minute couple's massage. Kids under 18 stay for free, and kids under 12 eat dinner for free.
