DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Pakistan - Pakistani officials said a suspected U.S. missile strike killed at least six people near Afghan border.
Two Pakistani security officials said several missiles flattened a house in the South Waziristan region early Tuesday.
South Waziristan is considered a stronghold of Taliban and al-Qaida militants. However, the identities of the victims was not clear.
The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to speak openly to the media.
