‘Hills’ stars Spencer and Heidi are officially wed

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are finally husband and wife, a rep for the “Hills” stars confirmed to Access Hollywood on Saturday night.
“Today Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt joined hands in marriage during an afternoon ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif.,” their rep told Access. “Dr. Twining F. Campbell served as pastor in front of 200 family and friends. Afterward, the newlywed couple enjoyed an intimate reception at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.”
“MTV wishes Heidi and Spencer the best and can’t wait to share their wedding with ‘The Hills’ fans later this season,” an MTV spokesperson added in a statement to Access.
A source on the scene spotted the “Hills” stars leaving the Westminster Presbyterian Church following their wedding ceremony — with some surprising attendees.
Before leaving in an old Bentley with Pratt, Montag threw out a wedding bouquet, yelling, “Lauren, get in there,” to surprise guest and “Hills” frienemy Lauren Conrad — who caught the bouquet.
Montag then told her, “You’re next!”
Conrad previously told Access she would not be attending the ceremony.
Another surprise guest at the wedding was “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” star Kristin Cavallari, who was featured on the show with Conrad.
Other “Hills” castmates at the long-awaited event included Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge and Stephanie Montag.
Heidi Montag wrote about the wedding on her Twitter page earlier in the day, writing “Thank you God for Spencer” and describing her wedding dress as “amazing — like a swan princess.”
Before the wedding began, a skywriter soared about the venue, writing “Spencer Loves Heidi” numerous times.
Pratt and Montag began dating in the summer of 2006. The Saturday ceremony was the couple’s third try at marriage following a symbolic elopement in Mexico last November and a trip to the Beverly Hills courthouse which failed to see them say “I do.”
