Art or insult?
A portrait of it's president is dividing South Africa. The country's ruling party, the ANC, went to court to get the painting banned because it shows him naked from the waist down. The artist's aim was to satirize President Zuma's sex life. NBC News reporter Rohit Kachroo reports on this highly charged debate.
