MARTINEZ, California - Two men and a teenager have been charged in the alleged gang rape of a lesbian in the San Francisco Bay-area.
Prosecutors on Tuesday charged 31-year-old Humberto Hernandez Salvador and 21-year-old Josue Gonzalez with kidnapping, carjacking and gang rape in the attack last month in Richmond.
The pair did not enter pleas when they appeared in Contra Costa County Superior Court.
Darrell Hodges, who is 16, was charged as an adult with similar offenses on Monday. A 15-year-old boy whose name has not been released was also arrested last week on suspicion of participating in the attack.
Authorities say the 28-year-old woman was taunted for being a lesbian during the 45-minute assault.
