Michael Jackson is living in Los Angeles.
The singing superstar has taken a lease on a Bel Air mansion, his manager-spokesperson Dr. Tohme Tohme confirmed to The Los Angeles Times.
Jackson reportedly wanted the property so he could be “where all the action is,” his manager told the paper.
Built in 2002, the home is a French chateau-style estate with seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a theatre, wine cellar and tasting room and 12 fireplaces, according to the Times.
Jackson is paying $100,000 a month for the lease, which has been signed for one year, the paper reported. But don’t expect Jackson to stay in the Bel Air home forever.
“He might want to build his own dream house,” Tohme said. “Although the real estate market isn’t very good right now.”
