NEW YORK - Move over Liz Lemon — the queen of TV talk might be headed your way. Oprah Winfrey is in talks to make an appearance on NBC’s “30 Rock,” Access Hollywood has confirmed.

“I can confirm Oprah is in discussions to appear on ‘30 Rock,’” a rep for Winfrey told Access.

According to a report by E! Online, Winfrey would play herself in an episode slated to air November 6. The TV mogul’s storyline would reportedly involve a feud between Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski) and Tracy Jordan (Tracy Morgan).

When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for the show would not comment on the report.

If she does appear on the show, Oprah won’t be the only superstar to grace the “30 Rock” set as a guest. Jennifer Aniston will also appear on an episode this season.

Aniston will appear in one episode as a “free-spirited, ‘Fatal Attraction’-like stalker” named Claire Harper, who is Liz Lemon’s (Tina Fey) former Chicago roommate, NBC announced.

When Claire shows up in New York, she instantly attaches herself to Liz’s boss, Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin).

The new season of “30 Rock” premieres October 30 on NBC.
