Explosion kills 7, wounds 20 in Pakistan

Police say the blast left a large crater and other damage

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan - An explosion on the outskirts of the Pakistani capital Tuesday night killed at least seven people and wounded 20, police officials said.

The cause of the blast was under investigation. Police said a large crater and other damage indicated a bomb went off.

Police official Kamran Adil confirmed the casualties.
