Men come and go, but Kate Hudson keeps the details to herself. The actress likes to keep her private life private, but admits the tightlipped tactic doesn’t come naturally.

“It’s so hard for me, because I’m so open, to hold back,” Kate told W magazine. “I could really just go on forever about this stuff.”

The “Fool’s Gold” star never publicly acknowledged her romance and subsequent breakup with Tour de France champ Lance Armstrong. In fact, there’s only one former flame she’s willing to open up about — her ex-husband, Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson.

“We can talk about Chris till the dogs come home,” Kate said. “I married Chris, I had a baby with Chris, Chris will be in my life for the rest of my life. But everything else — I’ve learned that things are better left private until you’re actually planning the wedding.”

Sienna's no homewrecker
According to Sienna Miller’s friends, even though she and Balthazar Getty were caught in some compromising positions before the “Brothers and Sisters” star announced his split from his wife, the actress is no homewrecker.

“He should've announced his separation a lot earlier than he did — (Sienna) was always told he was separated,” one pal told Page Six. “There's no way she would ever get involved with another married man after Jude Law.”

Eva Mendes has no plans to share the story behind her recent rehab stint. In an interview with Parade, the “Ghost Rider” star said the truth isn’t as important as a loved one’s feelings. “There are different stories about why I decided to get help for myself,” she told the magazine. “People can speculate all they want. I'm not going to clear up the misconceptions. I have to think of the pain it might bring my mother.” … Spencer Pratt’s little sister just can’t figure out why Brody Jenner has it out for her. Last month he told the crowd at Ryan Sheckler’s X Games, “If Spencer’s a creep, multiply that by 10,000 times and you’ve got Stephanie Pratt!” Brody’s said to be furious with the newest member of “The Hills” because she allegedly tried to put the moves on Lauren Conrad’s ex, Doug Reinhardt, but Steph’s not buying the L.C. excuse. “I’ve never done anything mean to Brody,” she told In Touch. “So, I don’t understand why he continues to attack me.”
