Teens arrested on robbery, rape charges

Indianapolis - Two teenagers are in police custody for the robbery and rape on the city's north side.

Tarsis Chavez and Javier Abrajan, both 17, are now facing adult charges.

Police say they broke into a woman's Plaza Drive apartment in May, raped and robbed the woman and then stole her car.
