LOS ANGELES - Denise Richards was back in court Friday morning in Los Angeles for an emergency hearing allegedly called by Charlie Sheen.

Sheen, who was not present in court Friday, claims Richards continuously fails to bring their daughters, Sam and Lola, to his supervised visitations.

A source told Access Hollywood that the reason the children are missing visits with their father is because the children do not want to go.

Sheen has allegedly violated the terms of the custody agreement by not having a nanny present at all times, a source claims.

The source further claimed that on a recent overnight stay, Sam stayed in one room with the “Two And A Half Men” star, while Lola stayed the night with Sheen’s new wife, Brooke Mueller in another bedroom.

Due to legal reasons, Sheen’s rep had no comment when contacted by Access.

The court granted Richards' motion to seal documents.

After the hearing, Richards appeared in good spirits telling Access, she was “pleased with today.”
