NEW YORK - In a special comeback concert, famed British singer and former Culture Club front man Boy George will perform on live on TODAY in his first television concert in 10 years. The performance will mark the unofficial kickoff to his North American tour, which begins July 10 in Aspen, Colo. George and Culture Club produced the wildly successful hits “Karma Chameleon” and “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me,” and sold over 100 million singles and 50 million albums worldwide.

Additionally, TODAY will invite employees of New York City's Department of Sanitation to George's concert. George served community service with the department after he pled guilty to falsely reporting a burglary at his New York apartment. George will also perform a special concert for the sanitation employees at the department's Family Day on August 17.

Fans and visitors are encouraged to come to the Plaza for the live performance. Viewing is on a first-come, first-served basis outside TODAY's Window on the World Studio, located at 49th Street and Rockefeller Plaza in New York City.
