LOS ANGELES - Tori Spelling gave birth to her first daughter, Stella Doreen McDermott, earlier today. The father is Dean McDermott, whom Spelling wed in 2006.
A rep for the former “90210” star confirmed the news to OK! magazine.
“She’s here! She’s a healthy baby girl,” the rep said. “Tori and baby are resting comfortably.”
The baby was delivered at 3:13 p.m. local time and weighed 6 lbs 8 oz.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Spelling scheduled a Caesarean section at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and checked in to the hospital earlier today for the birth. The couple also has a 1-year-old son named Liam.
Stella is the second famous baby to be born in the hospital in under a week. Actress Jessica Alba welcomed Honor Marie Warren on Saturday.
