LOS ANGELES - Dylan McDermott has filed for divorce from wife Shiva Rose after more than 12 years of marriage, court records show.
McDermott, 46, filed a petition for dissolution of marriage in Superior Court last Friday citing irreconcilable differences, according to court records first obtained by CelebTV.com.
McDermott, the former star of TV’s “The Practice,” and Rose, an actress, have two daughters together.
They separated more than a year ago, according to court documents.
Property and custody arrangements will be determined at a later date, the documents state.
A message left Tuesday at the office of McDermott’s publicist Cari Ross was not immediately returned.
Attempts to find contact information for Rose were not successful.
