LOS ANGELES - Newlywed Pete Wentz has spoken out about his nuptials for the first time since he walked down the aisle with Ashlee Simpson last weekend.

During an interview on “On-Air With Ryan Seacrest” on Tuesday morning, the Fall Out Boy member told Ryan, “We have signed a pre-nup,” confirming earlier reports.

Pete also said that Ashlee has taken his last name.

“She legally is a Wentz. I don’t know what she’ll do with her stage name, that’s up to her. She hasn’t decided that,” he told Ryan.

As for a honeymoon for the newlyweds, they are putting it on hold for now, but have found a way to celebrate at home.

“We got some blow-up palm trees, [and] a little fake-n-bake tanning booth.” Pete said. “We’re eating DiGiorno pizzas, getting in that tanning oven every once in a while, it’s great!”

When Ryan tried to get Pete to confirm Ashlee’s pregnancy by asking if he and Ashlee have been thinking about possible baby names, Pete quickly squashed the question.

“Ryan, this baby has not been confirmed,” he said with a laugh. “The only thing I’m confirming now is that we’re in the basement on our honeymoon with these blow-up palm trees.”

And what about rumors that his new sister-in-law Jessica has split from Tony Romo?

“I don’t know anything about what’s going on with them,” Pete said. “I’m so busy clearing up my own rumors!”
