The Scoop
Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer kicked off the May 10 weekend with some poolside PDA at the Miami Mandarin Oriental Hotel. And although many are happy that Aniston might have found love again, some wonder if she isn’t a bit too clingy, too soon.

According to some onlookers at the Mandarin Oriental, Mayer often looked bored and disinterested. That didn’t stop the couple from arriving together to the “Marley & Me” wrap part at Nikki Coconut Grove later on May 10, OK! magazine reports. Aniston leapt onstage and sang along to Pat Benatar’s “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” and showed off her younger date (Aniston is 39, Mayer is 30).

“They were inseparable the entire night, holding hands and being extremely cuddly, kissing and walking with their arms around each other,” an eyewitness told the magazine. “They spent the majority of their time sitting on a couch in the courtyard, away from everyone else, foreheads touching, talking to one another.”

So, is it serious? “John says that Jen and he have a physical connection as deep as their spiritual one,” a friend of Mayer’s told OK! magazine. “But John did say that he’s categorizing this as a summer fling for now.”

Brooklyn hipsters, gird your loins. MTV’s “The Real World” is about to invade your borough.

MTV announced that production on this season, the show’s 21st, begins this summer and will be presented in 13 one-hour episodes that will air in early 2009. No word yet on which neighborhood the “strangers” will be residing in, but fans who want to see the cast clash with the neighborhood would probably be wise to start targeting the organic food co-ops in the 718 area code … or maybe Williamsburg’s waterfront condos.

Nicole Richie: No tattoos for Harlow
New mom Nicole Richie appears on the cover of the June issue of Harper’s Bazaar and opens up about motherhood and her hopes for her daughter, Harlow. “To be honest, it would completely break my heart if she got a tattoo,” Richie told the magazine.

Harlow won’t be her last baby, either. Richie said that she hopes to have “five children … twin boys and three girls.  I’ve wanted that since I was a little girl.” And what about her best friend, Paris Hilton, becoming a mom sometime soon? “Ha, nooo … But I don’t think anyone would have bet on me.”
