Silver Alert Issued For 23-Year-Old Man

RALEIGH, N.C. -- The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered a 23-year-old man.

Officials are asking residents to be on the lookout for Donald Richard Brogsdale who was reported missing early Saturday morning. Officials believe Brogsdale may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Brogsdale is about 5’11” and weighs approximately 155 pounds. Brogsdale was last seen wearing a black “NY” ball cap, an army camouflage jacket, a blue and white striped long sleeve dress shirt and Nike sneakers.
