CINCINNATI - Two firefighters died Friday while battling a house fire, according to Cincinnati officials. They had been fighting a blaze at a home in Colerain Township when supervisors were unable to make contact with them.

Fire Capt. Steve Conn said they apparently fell through the floor into the basement and were trapped.

Also, authorities say a family of five was killed in a fire in northwest Ohio. Officials in Ada say the house trailer was engulfed in flames when they arrived Friday morning.
