Rapid City - During his visit to Rapid City, Former President Bill Clinton urged Democrats not to count his wife out of the fight for the democratic presidential nomination. A message many of her supporters are glad to hear after a long and rocky road to the nomination. As hundreds of people stood in front of Former President Bill Clinton to hear why his wife, Hillary Clinton should be the democratic nominee, most have already been standing beside her since the beginning.Sandra LaNouxe, Rapid City"I think our country needs a change, and I think Hillary would do that."Leona Sawchak, Clinton supporter"I think she's just as good as anyone if not better, so I'm for her."Keith Geyerman, Democrat"I'm a supporter of either Hillary or Obama. I can't stand another four years of an idiot." During his speech Clinton says the former first lady, is "the best change maker he's ever known and that's exactly what voters are hoping for.Michael Boyer Jr., Clinton supporter"I like that fact that she's willing to do the gas tax this summer. I just think the country needs a new direction in general and Hillary has the experience we need."Patrick Fink, Sturgis"Being from South Dakota, I like a legislator that can put the beef on the table and she can do that." Despite Barack Obama virtually erasing Hillary's once-imposing lead among super delegates when he added more super delegates, Clinton's supporters are urging her not to give up. “I don't think she should drop out. Every state should have a chance to say who they want to be there nominee."Michael Boyer Sr., Clinton supporter"Never quit, who would want to quit her?" "I think she needs to show the electorate she can win a race that was unexpected, like South Dakota, or perhaps in Oregon. That would be something that was unexpected the pundits and would silence her critics fairly quickly." Whether she decides to keep marching on, or throw in the towel, one fan has a little piece of friendly advice. "Get some rest. She looks really tired."
