LOS ANGELES - Days removed from Monday night’s episode of Fox’s “Moment of Truth,” people are still talking about the shocking and disgusting display put on national TV, courtesy of Frank and Lauren Cleri.

With her husband by her side, Lauren admitted to sleeping with another man during her marriage.

And now, after causing quite a stir, the Cleris have sat down with Access Hollywood for an exclusive interview.

“I didn’t want there to be any embarrassment on the show for anybody,” Lauren told Access.

Of course, this is the same woman who admitted to infidelity, theft and being in love with her ex-boyfriend, all while husband Frank sat just a few feet away.

But for now, the Cleris are still together.

"I think when we figure it out, it'll be better for the both of us — whether we stay together or, you know, go our separate ways,” Frank told Access.

And while Lauren’s answers might have shocked the audience, apparently it wasn’t all a surprise to her husband.

“We've been having our problems way before the show,” Lauren added. “So, he knew a lot going into it.”

But on air, it appeared to be a much different story.

“I’m really not concerned about the money. I just feel a lot better getting everything I need to get off my chest,” she said during the show.

Lauren claimed she was spilling her secrets for the first time and that the money was not important — assertions inconsistent with what the couple said in their interview with Access and with “Moment of Truth” host Mark L. Wahlberg’s own experience.

“As they’re leaving the set, I walked over and said I was so sorry to the husband. And I was saying, ‘Sorry you had to be a part of this,’ his answer was, ‘Yeah, we were so close to the money,’” Wahlberg revealed to Access. “And that’s when I said, ‘OK, this is a different value system than I have.’”

So was the couple in cahoots from the beginning, faking these bombshells to score a big pay day?

Both Lauren and Frank deny that story.

"All of my answers are, you know, heartfelt and they’re true ," Lauren told Access.
