Joe Jackson challenges Michael's will Nov. 10: After being left out of his son's will, Joe Jackson is now challenging Michael Jackson's will in court, accusing the administrators of the estate with fraud. Msnbc.com's Courtney Hazlett has the scoop. |

This has made another member of the rhinoplasty club quite irked: Magazine insiders say Ashlee Simpson is now shopping her story to gossip mags, but it’s too little too late.
“She just should have come clean about it at the beginning, when she was an interesting story. No one cares now — everyone knew Ashlee did it, it was obvious she had a new nose — but she thought being coy would pay off. That is until Ashley (Tisdale) proved that it’s OK to talk about it,” said the insider. (Simpson’s rep says there’s “no truth” to the story.)
Not surprisingly, it’s Simpson’s father, Joe Simpson, who is doing his daughter’s dirty work and placing the calls to sell the story to magazines. “Joe made a huge error in not pulling the trigger sooner. Now his Ashlee has been completely overshadowed by another.”
Vogue editor still bitter about Hillary’s dis
Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton backed out of cover shoot at the last minute last fall because “Ms. Clinton’s camp said that they were concerned if Clinton appeared in Vogue that she would appear too feminine,” according to a spokesperson for the magazine.

Wintour continues: “This is America, not Saudi Arabia. It’s also 2008: Margaret Thatcher may have looked terrific in a blue power suit, but that was 20 years ago. I do think Americans have moved on from the power-suit mentality, which served as a bridge for a generation of women to reach boardrooms filled with men. Political campaigns that do not recognize this are making a serious misjudgment.”

‘Cloverfield’ wins box office
This weekend, “Cloverfield” handily beat its competitors at the box office. The action/horror filmed directed by “Lost” director J.J. Abrams earned $41 million. Katherine Heigl’s “27 Dresses” took the No. 2 spot with $22.4 million. Katie Holmes’ so-called comeback movie, “Mad Money,” had a disappointing opening — it only earned $7.7 million. That brings the record to two and one!
