Mark Leyner

Humorist Mark Leyner is the author of five books, including "Et Tu Babe," "My Cousin, My Gastroenterologist," and "I Smell Esther Williams."

He has written scripts for a variety of films and television shows. His fiction and nonfiction continues to appear regularly in The New Yorker, Time, GQ and Travel & Leisure.

Leyner met Billy Goldberg, M.D. on a cold night in a New York City emergency room while the two were working together on a TV medical drama. Together they wrote the best-sellers "Why Do Men Have Nipples?" and "Why Do Men Fall Asleep After Sex?" They are working on a third as-yet untitled volume.
